Hi, I’m Mark. With over 16 years’ experience repairing phones, tablets, laptops, and computers across New Zealand and the UK, I’ve worked for a range of repair shops and tech services. Now I run Digital Reboot to provide a personal, affordable service by cutting out shop front and staff overheads.

Running this as a one-person operation means you deal directly with the technician — me. No middlemen, no passing the buck, just clear communication and honest advice from start to finish.

I take pride in using quality parts and the right tools for every repair. Whether it’s a smashed phone screen, worn-out battery, charging port fault, or software issue, I aim to fix it fast and properly. If a repair is outside my skill set, I’ll be upfront about it and help point you in the right direction.

Based in Wellington and serving the city plus suburbs like Karori, Wadestown, and Kilbirnie, I offer free initial inspections and try to get repairs done the same day whenever possible. This setup keeps costs down without compromising quality, so you get straightforward, affordable tech repairs you can trust.
